This thesis aims to identify, analyze and evaluate the Scout extra-curricular program at SDN Poris Pelawad 3, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, Banten. The method used is a qualitative method. Collecting data using observation, interviews documentation. Interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers, committees, parents students. Evaluation analysis uses CIPP (Context Input Process Product) evaluation model. research in this motivated by lack of efficiency mandatory extracurricular activities, role teachers motivating activities implementation that take place every week felt be less than optimal efficient.
